Personally, I think Mark Richt loaded the defense with very solid position coaches to surround Manny Diaz with. Kuligowski and Rumoh are going to leaned are more heavily, Diaz with coach Kool and Ephraim with Rumph. He's put a vet coach with a younger coach, front seven and back 4, which in my opinion is smart. I'm sure he's not completely unaware of his track record. Let's not forget that Kareem Brown is still on staff as the Director of Player Development, so that helps too. Furthermore, that also helps the money crunch.
CMR is taking a hands off approach on defense so that seems like the system over there. On Offense, its solid, got a great OL coach and a solid WR and RB coach with Mark running the whole show.
I can't comment on the ST portion but like someone said previously, they had good special at UGA and Hartley seems to be full of energy and you need at on ST since people and players tends to look at ST as second fiddle. just my two cents.
