We’ve scored three touchdowns in the last 14 quarters PLUS multiple overtimes.

I’ve never seen this team have a bigger schematic disadvantage in my 40 years plus of being a fan. That includes the Dnofrio years.

I don’t see players quitting or a massive talent deficiency that can possibly justify that pathetic output. I see kids put in an horrifically bad position every single play they’re on the field.

This coaching is indefensible. And if anyone thinks getting “his players “ will fix things you’re delusional.

Something is defying logic here. Mario can’t possibly be TRYING to lose. This is his home town. His alma mater. His dying mother asked him to turn the program around. He won multiple bowl games at Oregon, so that negates the “PAC-12 sucks” argument. He had an improving record upon taking over at FIU and Oregon. I don’t buy the “corch” argument either.

I have accepted that the team isn’t improving anytime soon. Come 2024, if we still see the same product you can wake me after we hire a new coach. Until then I think patience is the virtue and the most sane thing to do is turn off the game.

We can’t say these coaches did a **** of a job somewhere else and then come to Miami and all of a sudden they’re terrible. It just doesn’t make any sense. I think this whole staff is good but they are tied to what they can do based on the players. I was with two of the UM greats this summer and their exact words were “Miami talent just not there. I watch all the time and I see maybe 3 who could play at the next level. Just watch the game and you can see that. The O-Line can’t block **** which ultimately forces Miami passing game to struggle cause we can’t run ****. Our LBs… smh. DJ Ivey is one of the worse CB I’ve ever seen play the game. And there are other countless players that just doesn’t have it. I don’t know how or when this **** changes, but I do know it starts with what’s in the locker room first.

If you ask me, this offense is such a failure that it has infected the entire team. I refuse to believe the defense is this bad too. I just think they know the offense is so bad that they give up because they know they don't have a shot unless they zip the other team, which is beyond unrealistic in 2022. IMO, a better offense will make this defense look a lot better.

I think you have something here.. I do think the defense realizes the offense stinks, especially without TVD. I also think they don't trust the coaches and the game plan...

This explains MTSU, Duke, and FSU. Folks on here talking about attitude and resiliency of the players. It's not that. These guys just know if they get down a TD or 2, it's over. Hence why those games have gotten so out of hand.

If we wanna be a run first team cool idrc, but to do that in this era you either have to have better talent on O like Michigan and Georgia or have a mobile QB like every other team in the top 50 for rushing yards per game. We dont have a mobile QB or a dominant Oline yet here we are week after week doing the same **** (outside of the UNC game which is the game we put up the most points vs a P5 team all year).

Maybe theyre trying to set a mentality or something, either way its idiotic. adapt to what you have

Very valid point point.
