First things first my fellow Cane Brothers and Sisters, a heart felt Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. I hope you get some quality family time today and if the holidays are a tough time for you, feel free to shoot me a message
I mean some of you can **** yourselves but in general
That being said, I just stuck a needle the size of a turkey baster directly into the Snickers vein on the underside of my junk, sprinkled some DMAA on my mashed potatoes, and I’m ready for one last ride to finish off the 2023 regular season
Strap the **** in
If I could describe the Miami Hurricanes 2023 season I would call it: Tren ****. It started off promising, the energy was flowing, the veins were popping, but when it came time to do the deed, we were as flaccid as a Shannon Dawson playcall near the goal line
We were the Turkey from Christmas Vacation. On the outside we were looking good, but once you dug in, everything went to ****
But the past is the past, and as difficult as this year has been, it’s a long time before next season, so it’s time to untuck those sacks, pop the viagra, slam the whiskey and give the bright spots on this team one more regular season push
Boston College
Just reading it makes me think of some trust fund baby **** that can’t pronounce their R’s that have inherited their granddaddy’s racism talking about “immigration and those forgeinahs and gang membahs down in Miami”
The way some families throw around the football on Thanksgiving, these people go out into the yard and throw around the N Word while talking about how it should be called Anglo Saxon Friday
The types of turds that still like to have “help around the house” but their internet search history has them watching while other men pound their wives
Well let’s do that
Here’s what I’m thankful for on this team this year and why we take these guys down
Cohen/Lee: The world is in need of a good buddy cop movie and if Lethal Weapon ever gets a reboot, it should be these two playing the lead roles. Our portal action last year was hit or miss but these two were massive hits. With Cohen on his way out and Lee perhaps not far behind, we gotta appreciate this duo before it’s over
Bain: To paraphrase Menace II Society this is Boston Colleges nightmare. Young, black, and just don’t give a ****. This kid has been everything people that saw him in high school said he would be, and then some. The most impressive freshman since Duke Johnson to me and fittingly can go up to Boston College and have the type of impact Duke did in his first game. Look for Bain to have a big game
Kiko: it’s been a pleasure watching Miami linebackers start to look like the old days again. Boston College is a ball control run team, which is just Kikos game. I expect this dude to be active, fizical, and setting a tone early. To steal a scene from The Replacements: “I need the ball Kiko”
Restrepo: Boston College has a tendency to let receivers run wide open. Their secondary has been spreading their legs and gaping like the Houston 500. They’ve been taking it from all shapes and sizes and saying gimme more daddy. X has a good feel of getting open and making consistent plays. BC gives up points and look for him to score on some big ones
Guidry: This is exactly the type of team he wants to play. They can run, but we got that covered. Castellanos is a problem but our LBs and front has been much better at handling QBs that can run this year than in the past. I don’t know if Guidry will be back next year, but I hope like **** he comes back
Verdict:
It’s tough at this point to get up for this game. I get it. It’s like the abusive relationship we’ve been in for 20 years. But we better get our minds right because Boston College is going to be ready to play. They’ve got a chance to end their season on a high note. We must come out with fire and passion despite the lackluster results
Let’s ******* go boys
Good guys 31
Bad guys 20
