Talks about how they realized as a program that they could lose to anybody regardless of how much more talent they have or how much better their coaching staff is. Why? Because you can’t win on talent and coaching alone. You need a culture of excellence. We don’t have that and haven’t since the turn of the century. Previous regimes either didn’t realize this or couldn’t fix it. I think Manny realizes the issue, at least he’s said some things that make me think he sees it. Can he fix though? That remains to be seen, but 4 games in is not enough time to judge.
