There’s a big difference between “not sugarcoating” and empty rhetoric and false bravado.

If this dude only is equipped to sign guys who already want to come to UM, then why are we paying him $600k and calling him an OC. If he doesn’t call plays and isn’t capable or willing to sell kids on coming to UM unless they already wanted to come here, then where’s his value?

He’s mastered the gruff tough talking bullshyt, but that’s it. It’s empty rhetoric especially when you publicly trash players to keep heat off the coaches.
 
If Richt values his job, Brown and his son will be replaced and competent replacements found...along with an O-line coach and a special teams coach.

But with that said, I'm kinda rooting for stubborn Richt to stay stubborn this offseason and make no changes. It will **** off the fan base even more and the inevitable heat that will follow when we open next season with a loss to our most hated rival will likely drive him to early retirement.

Everyone who has failed here has used that same lame rhetoric. It’s like Groundhog Day here with how his same pattern happens every three or four years.

You wanna know what another tried and true loserism is? We don’t have any leaders. That one always comes out right about now. You know who the most important leader is? The HC. When he sucks the whole thing starts unraveling.
