Lets just be honest, it can't be worse if they are calling plays. I all for any change at this point.

The only way we can score in red zone is a fade. Imagine if we didn’t have the fade route? How many less touchdowns we would have?

Run on first and second down. Then fade to Cager.

Like I said this is not something I want to happen or would actually work. This is something I think Miami would pull to keep everything status quo. This does actually happens in different organization with CO-OC's, one act's as the running game coordinator and the other as passing game coordinator (actually happened to my cowboys read below).

I can imagine Mork at the end of the season saying something along the lines that the offense didn't flow as smoothly as he would like and his involvement often confused the playcalling calling slowing down the tempo of the offense so he will step down from all play calling responsibilities to concentrate on the general responsibilities of being a HC. This would be a very Miami thing to do.

I am a Cowboys fan so I am somewhat of an expert on watching poorly run organizations. I have seen it all and been sold everything under the sun to sell a sh:t product. They actually did this very same thing in order to keep a good offensive line coach in Bill Callahan(running game coordinator/oline coach) during Scott Linehan (passing game coordinator) first season with the Cowboys.

When your talking about one of the worst run programs in college football all possibilities must be discussed. Would you put it past the admin and AD to actually do something like this?

And, ours are learning on the job.

I love them both as position coaches but as coOCs? No thanks. Go learn on someone else’s tab. Good position coaches and recruiters but not irreplaceable
 
Lol at giving 2 people play calling duties when neither of them have ever called plays in their college coaching career

I agree but Mork will do everything possible to keep his system in place. Replacing his system with someone like Kendal Briles will leave him effectively useless.
 
No, I want new blood and a new more modern, wide open system.

Bring in a new guy from the outside to bring in his own system
