We can't afford to go independent.Believe me, I know it’s unrealistic to happen.. but I would much rather us be independent at this point.
ultimately, we can’t have 2 struggles - at HC and dealing with these refs.
We can't afford to go independent.
The SEC & B1G aren't interested.
There is no conference where we will get "fair" treatment from refs.
The narrative that the refs have screwed us is just an excuse that people cling to in order to absolve our own mistakes.
We haven't lost any games this year because of the refs.
FIFY. NFL ain’t much better.
I want an answer as to why every ACC team is allowed to hold our DL with impunity. The refs today were gosh awful. Even more than usual. As a friend pointed out, we have two top shelf DE’s and yet seldom get holding calls against them. Things that make you go hmmm…
A. We can’t do either right now.Either leave now and join a new conference or go independent.
This sorry micky mouse operation of a conference, can not and must not be taken seriously with refs who look like they are on the job training. This **** is unbearable to watch.
We can’t have a sorry game day softy head coach and refs that continue to clearly show the inability to make correct calls. Since we ain’t getting rid of him.. we gotta leave or, get use to Pop Tart bowls every ******* year
You’re joking, right?nothing. OP is over reacting
They are consistently bad to benefit their brands. I watched a play today with Arkanasas against Texas ruled a catch, replay was ten times better than our view today and showed the ball clearly being cradled IMO and maybe it could have hit the ground but zero real evidence. Overturned icomplete 2nd and 10 Arkansas. Never in a million years would that call be made to benefit Miami. Not to take anything away from how bad the refs were today, the SEC refs are just as bad. It’s a problem across college football.
Bingo--it's blatant cheating, week in and out, over a period of 20+ years.I'd settle for Mario going on an epic Dabo style rant using the term "cheating" over and over and have the UM athletic dept host hours of video showing the fact of consistent cheating every year against Miami. Because I don't believe for a minute that these refs "look like they are on the job training." They look like they are purposefully carrying out a mission.
Big XII would be a MASSIVE upgrade for us for one.Leave & go where?
Such a bad take.What a Joke.
We are not leaving anytime soon. Anytime soon period
The ACC will become a very solid conference with the developing things...
VT.
Miami doing Miami.
FSU will get their ish back together.
Clemson will man back up.
SMU 100%We can't afford to go independent.

This is a terrible take. We have actually lost two toss ups this years because of key calls/no-calls/botched reviews; many others games have ended up having way closer margins because of disproportionatel corrupt and/or biased officiating (UF, FSU, Syracuse, VT). This has happened for years: last year vs VT, GT, and Syracuse also come to mind as games where the refs influenced the outcomeWe can't afford to go independent.

Case-in-point.The fumble against SMU was exactly like the one today. It went forward because our defender hit their arm that way. That was a game changer, among many other questionable calls.
