This team has no vocal leaders on Offense

This is abundantly clear, and anyone on here who knows people connected to, or on the team, knows that the senior and 5th yr class are quiet, and the freshman and 2nd year players are not yet catching on to what it means to be a leader.

A lot of this bull**** in the QB room, or on the offensive line comes from a lack of example being set by leaders on the team, beit upper classmen or just star players.

You hear about how Jaquan is the leader on D, the guy to rally the troops etc.. but you never hear that from the O.

There is no self-policing, and to me this seems to be part of what the coaching staff wants to see from these guys.

There are more connected people than me, so maybe they can chime in, but this is the primary problem. I think having a QB or a vet on the O-line who pulls everyone in line is required going forward. Too many divas.
When none of your offensive guys believe in the offensive scheme, you'll get that. None of them are buying into what Mark Richt is selling them. Soft a$$ corch

It's a waste of time even go & back fourth on it with devout Coach worshippers which is why I'm not.

But I'm not speaking from a place of speculation & he wasn't just talking about players complaining.

i don’t support MR any more than I would any coach of the program. Because I support the PROGRAM..within our fanbase it’s a cancerous cycle. Y’all will do the same thing for the next coach. Got whole threads swearing coach Leach would be the savior of the U smh..your “ not speculation” is baseless. You agreed to a narrative and your pushing that narrative..the fact is there no coach who is quick fix to this program after the dumpster fire it was for 15 years..go back n look at the records. So within 2 & 1/2 years y’all wanna fly banners calling for the coach to be fired..So many here live in the past and have this entitlement additude that make y’all believe its a quick fix. CFB is not the same. The formula to winning is not the same. Especially when u take over the mess that Richt inherited...but yeah y’all continue with your “not speculation” new breaking

Miss me???

EPIC

The older guys can't be leaders when the younger guys are better. The younger guys can't be leaders because coaches have them on short leashes and no opportunity. With the eye test, Cam looks like the best healthy RB but it took DJ (still a baller) to fumble a game away to get him touches. Cager shouldn't even be other the field. Hightower is better than Cager. **** Mallory is better than Cager. I don't even want to start on the O-Line or QB. That's just watching the games, think about seeing that in practice for a whole season. No wonder why yhe offensive side is divided.

We have no offense so of course we have no leader

Who has been a good leader for this football team the last 13 years? A good and vocal leader who everyone knew was the alpha and made the team better?

There may be a reason for that besides having to do with the players. Defense seems to have one or two.

Manny is different than Richt. Richt makes excuses for losses, Manny doesn't. It's literally night and day and it's been that way since day 1. I literally start rooting when the defense gets on the field, b/c while they may not be the 00-03 Canes, they resemble somewhat of what the Canes should be.

When you're a vocal leader in this Offense you get called a Cancer, then the fans bash you because they have their heads shoved so far up the Coaches *** they can't even see straight.

There's a reason why guys like Jaquan, Shaq, Rome, Red, Bandy, Amari, Garvin, Al Jr & many others absolutely love playing for El Jefe. Even guys from last year like Chad, Trent, Malek etc, they loved playing in this Defense & had no issue with being coached hard.

A bunch of offensive players have felt this way for a while now, some will voice it more than others but make no mistake it's a bunch of'em. Now you can do what yall always do & just call the kids selfish entitled knuckleheads but just ask yourself, you really think we got multiple QB's, RB's, WR's, TE's & OL's that are ALL just bad kids? Really? Lol smh.

This is a great post. I wish everyone would take the time and not only read it but think about it.

If you have one guy upset? Ok, That's a cancer. You need to deal with him accordingly

If you have rumors that half the team wants out? That falls on the man in charge.

Nothing is more evident than the fact the Defense is running incredibly smoothly, while the offense is just completely falling apart in every single aspect possible.
