This is abundantly clear, and anyone on here who knows people connected to, or on the team, knows that the senior and 5th yr class are quiet, and the freshman and 2nd year players are not yet catching on to what it means to be a leader.

A lot of this bull**** in the QB room, or on the offensive line comes from a lack of example being set by leaders on the team, beit upper classmen or just star players.

You hear about how Jaquan is the leader on D, the guy to rally the troops etc.. but you never hear that from the O.

There is no self-policing, and to me this seems to be part of what the coaching staff wants to see from these guys.

There are more connected people than me, so maybe they can chime in, but this is the primary problem. I think having a QB or a vet on the O-line who pulls everyone in line is required going forward. Too many divas.

WASH RINSE REPEAT !!!

Richt & Brown are forcing the guys who THEY want to be leaders onto the rest of the team. I've said it numerous times, the locker room was lost when they kept forcing DeeJay & Homer on them as "leaders". NOBODY in that locker room respects those guys, that's why they were so upset when Lingard went down and they all celebrate so much when Cam scores. The entire offense wants Lingard and Davis on the field, but Brown's hand HAD TO BE FORCED in order to get Cam any carries.

This is obvious. Look who is coaching that side of the ball! A bunch of yes men and Richt who thinks he knows everything and is running a 30 year old offense in 2018. IMO we lost our biggest leader when Ahmmon went down. After that who are the leaders on that side of the ball? Rosier? Lol that idiot couldn't lead his way out of a paper bag.

that is something I always thought was odd, the offense gets super hyped when cam scores but when DJ or Homer not so much

I think perry has the ability to be a leader but he has some growing up to do. He reminds me a little of crab legs at times. Hopefully next year he’ll take the next step in his maturation.

Riddle me this why is the defense so excited to play for Diaz and the offense emotionless?

Hint

One of the coaches doesn't suck.

This is stupid and anyone that think Homer and Deejay shouldn't get a majority of touches are idiots.

It's no surprise that a message board full of idiots wouldn't recognize that leaders are leaders because of what they have inside, not because of who is coaching them. We were 10 and f'ing 0 last year, but lost the last game because our QB just wasn't feeling it that day. Does anyone here think that - with the EXACT same offense - guys like Dungey or Trubisky go into Pitt and lose that game?
