That is all probably correct, however, you eventually have to take accountability as to why those said players are not doing their jobs in year three.

I've heard Porter received a gap-control-badge from Donofrio right after the game as award for keeping his gap clean.

is he trying to say that when we get the dlineman we need we going back to the 4-3
 
Couldn't be that most of our D line should be at Georgia state could it? Add in all the linebackers except one and the freshmen.
 
This guy is delusional. And if one of your DTs had their best game ever and they still ran for 350 yards on you then that just proves the scheme doesn't work

That's bullcrap! He's from the Al Groh 3-4 coaching tree. He was going to implement the 3-4 defense at Miami regardless... How else would you explain guys like Darius "the Plug" Smith getting a scholly?

Thanks for the reminder. Stopping the run starts up front with your two DTs though. If one had their best game and our defense had it's worst game rushing something isn't right.

More importantly, this guy had not taken any blame. Has not said he will change anything. Blaming it all on the players. It's pathetic like his scheme

That's a lay up. Smith was brought in as a body...nothing more. Shannon didn't bother to recruit in his last season, and Al needed bodies. Same goes for Junior Alexis and Corey King.
 
How do you conclude that you had the right call AFTER a 30+ yard TD on 4th & 1 ... Im curious?

Yup, I thought that was interesting as well. I think it strains credulity a bit b/c golden is a 3-4 guy.
