Is terrible.

I’ve posted that the average in p4 is 28 points.
All we need is to average above 30 and we win most of our games.
But we struggle to put up even 20 against teams with .500 or below records in the freaking ACC!!!

Today, 21 of our points were a trick play, a pick 6 and another trick play in garbage time to cover.

We are consulting the spirit of Stephen Hawkins’s in order to calculate the odds to even make the acc chip or the playoffs. We are also praying to all deities for the same.

I’m sorry, but I seriously doubt we win out and if we do we lose against whoever the acc chip is against and we will get boat raced if we play any top 5 team. Cal has 23 points with 10 minutes left in the 4th, away at Louisville.
Yes cal! The team who almost didn’t have a team because of the portal might be able to score more points at against Louisville than us.
Cal had to travel across the country and we had them at home after a by week.

Today’s final score should’ve been the score at halftime.

Mario better get the qb position and the oc correct.

The problem is that his hires take so long that any qb worth a dammn is gonna be gone by the time we get an oc.

There’s talent on this offense. Our TEs suck but Toney, Fletcher, Brown, Pringle, JoJo, Upshaw, Moore, Marion, Daniels, Lyle are all good players. Beck ain’t a scrub either. They’re all good enough to beat any ACC team. Our coaches are ******* it up.

The most positive thing I saw today was our offensive guys laughing, celebrating, & playing with joy. They weren’t doing any of that the past couple weeks when we were playing bro ball & running into 11 man boxes. I hope we can keep that up. It makes a difference
 
the possessions after the thomas pick and defensive stop after that were dogshyt; i was hoping they had found a rhythm but theyre just not that good
 
Teams plays us the way they fo do because Beck has low athleticism(showed more st UGA weirdly), he can't consistently threaten defenses down the field by driving the ball, and he puts ball in harms way too much.

Mario and Dawson don't trust him, and thats why we are more conservative on offense.

He thew 6 INTs in our 2 losses.

The opposing QBs in those games threw zero.

Offense under mario here start to run outta gas 2nd half of the season. Everything looks so hard for this team on offense in the 1st quarters..

Not including last year obviously… when Cam was our OC
 
I think there are plenty of complaints about our offense. But it’s entirely unfair to dismiss 14 of our points to ‘trick plays.’ The Mali to Beck pass was off a 90 yard drive into the RZ. The Cici TD was off a 50 yard drive to 1st n goal on the 3. Our offensive drives got the team into scoring position

Also it’s unfair imo to both complain Dawson is too predictable and lacks creativity and then when he draws up successful unorthodox plays dismiss them as tricks
 
Yeah this offense is horrible. The score looks fine but this game was so much closer. But on the bright side, we started pulling linemen and running outside and it worked. I wondering if the staff just comes out in the vanilla boring **** for the first half to just see if they can get away with it without showing anything else
 
Somebody don’t trust Beck. It’s either Mario or Dawson and I can’t figure out who.

This offense looked different last year but how many plays did Cam change.

This ish is a mystery

More Upshaw, Moore, Pringle will boost the scoring

This scheme doesn’t lend itself to explosive plays which means we have to earn every da*n score.

On top of that Beck was a huge miss - he has all the time in the world but is incapable of making plays.

We also need to lighten Lyle’s load - I like him but he’s just not effective right now. 7 rushes for 17 yards are 7 wasted downs. Fletcher/Brown/Pringle are more likely to be effective - stop feeding Lyle until you’ve figured out how to make him effective.

Finally - we have a minimal threat out of our TE room. I knew there would be a drop off but I thought we would be functional at TE - the personnel in that room has been a huge miss.
 
Not impressed. Seemed a real slog fest for us offensively. Third down is still a problem for us. Defense played well, sack total up.

Trick plays though, nice design. You can't make it so you have to rely on them, but whatever.

Pringle TD, right call at the right time, nice execution, and most RB's on the country score on that one. We caught them with their pants down.

Beck, no INT's, but several plays where he made some really poor decisions and we got lucky.

Marion, big game.

Jojo, weird player so far, but snag on the throw behind him was awesome.
