Like I said, he's still tainted in the minds of many schools after being made unc's fall guy. Despite being fully exonerated IN WRITING by the ncaa. Stop pretending this ain't the case, it's conscientiously stupid.

Don’t hate Butch. Hate the people that act like he’s still a championship coach. It’s cool to acknowledge his time at Miami but the cult like attitude towards him is clownish

If that is the case, then we can't fault the administration at UM for passing on him like everyone else.

this loss to FIU is the ROCK BOTTOM of the Miami football program. sorry you can't see that.

but we do agree that the entire corching staff and any admin associated with the football program in any way MUST GO !

I tried to get all my Texas alum buds to push for Butch when they fired Strong, think about it. Butch with all the Texas talent, unlimited resources, all his Dallas Cowboy tie's in the state, he could have the highest paid OC/DC in the country, and money money money, it like grows on trees around there. That woulda been something to see for sure, half the job in college is identifying 17-18 yr old studs, and he's the master, forget about the coaching end, let your cooridnators do that. Yall really thing Nikki is that great a coach, **** naw, he can just plug in another 5 star and wear you down. That Baylor/OU game last week, the Baylor coach is as good as the OU guy, but his boys were completely gassed the second half, and OU kept plugging those 5 stars in, Baylor #2's is a HUGE drop off, when it was 1's v 1's Baylor kicked the **** outta OU. I have not seen a D bring hits like that since Miami 01-02, no arm tackles in that bunch, and it gave me new respect for Hurts, that boy took some big licks
