This is going to sound terrible....

Does anyone actually want an Upon Further Review of this?
How much of the cover 2 match you mentioned Beck struggling with was reflected in his performance. Also seemed like he did not take checkdowns on every pick he threw. Which kills me because he was so effective doing that vs all other teams.

Did the season end last night ?
Miami's basically did for anything meaningful.

Of course, mathematical possibilities remain equivalent to building a working fusion power reactor, so yes, the season "continues".

I suppose the Pop Tarts Bowl could be meaningful if they win.

I'm not certain how much more messaging people need to hear about how many teams from ACC are going to receive playoff invites. It started as soon as Boise and SMU were crushed last year.

If you're like me, they don't hurt as much anymore because no matter how good Miami looks in September and early October, I know that late October and November are just around the corner waiting for us to collapse again.

When you've seen it over and over again for over 20 years, it's to be expected.

Besides, I never thought this team was going undefeated anyway. Unfortunate to lose this one, but makes sense considering the opponent
Yeah from the reactions here I guess our fans expected us to steamroll our way to 13-0..nobody in CFB in this NIL era is going to dominate every body imo, not even OSU..

Legitimate playoff teams don't lose double-digit favorite games in a high school caliber league.

EVER.

Didn’t Ohio state lose as a double digit favorite to Michigan at home last year or am I mistaken?
The PERCEPTION = REALITY B1G is not a high school caliber league.

ACC is a high school caliber league.

In no way, shape, or form will any ACC team receive the same allowances that SEC, B1G, or ND benefit from.

Is what it is.

After listening to that f@gget peter ariz today in the morning I can tell you he is the biggest pu$$y in Miami who doesn't even go to games.

IMO, Beck shoulder most of the blame. The last Int. All he Hand to do was a pump fake and our guy has clear sailing, as the UL player was jumping that route all the way.
Four Ints are hard to play with and win.
I know it feels this way, but Beck is expecting a certain route from a receiver who is "hot."

The TE in that situation is supposed to go outside when defense blitzes. Beck knows he doesn't have protection against that pressure and his read is to go hot.

Let's say he does pump fake and the TE goes where he's supposed to; Beck is dead in the pocket and doesn't have a hot. Difficult for a QB to expect his TE to go vertical when he's supposed to go out.

My real problem is having a hot vs. that pressure in that spot on the field that is outside the hash. You are looking at very little upside and the defense is clearly protecting the boundaries due to time. You have timeouts and are in FG range. The goal there is a TD, or protect your field position.

The defense knows you are looking outside on hot and jumps it.

They were more prepared, better coached, and executed far better.

Just another season of listening to the chances Virginia, Georgia Tech, Duke etc have in the ACC because we can’t handle our business

The definition of insanity and all
