Thanks for sharing. This is super fascinating. Seems like this method is very effective at creating elite muscle memory so the players don't have to think at all and helps them reduce (or even avoid) mistakes. In addition, since they are moving so quickly, it could appear they that are a step ahead, or even that they are cheating.

I also like anything that can be done to reduce injuries, but am not 100% convinced. How do you prepare your team and make sure they are adequately conditioned for a four-hour game without practicing for more than an hour and a half at a time, and simulating tackles?

Statistically, they are killing it in a good number of key metrics. It's really amazing.

Good luck, Mike, dealing with one of the most obnoxious fan bases around. This little 2 year run has made them unbearable and I expect plenty of them to find out on 1/19, starting in the parking lot and in the halls of the stadium when they think they can just walk around and say disrespectful things to Canes fans faces.

Plenty will be going home with broken faces. That’s just a generous prediction.

They have no idea what awaits them, starting in the yellow lot and finishing up in the Blue Lot, right @Cover 3 ??

Talent wise they aren't as good as A&M, Ohio State, or ND imo. They average 275 across the board on their dline. They'll be giving up 60 pounds a man to us.
