It would definitely matter if the roles were reversed with us and ND.
 
The powers that be in College Football have this very weird obsession with trying to force Notre Dame into a feel good championship story, but they fail every single time.

They know they're not going to win, they just want them to have a chance.

Notre Dame could go 7-5 & the committee would still find a way to get them in.

That’s the sad part. That don’t talk about ND’s good wins because they have none except a fraud USC team. They talk about their good losses 🤣🤣. You can’t make this up. The biggest brag on that team is they have two good losses

They want ND in because their alums spend big. They need that to sellout the suites and high end packages.

Fu€€ the ACC. We need to ditch this conference now. At this point, the Big 12 would be an upgrade. At least the refs go hard for their good teams. Instead of our refs doing everything to make us lose

As I’ve said multiple times now, it’s ACC champ or bust. You gotta move up 2 spots. If everybody wins this weekend, which is VERY likely, BYU is the only team we could move ahead of on champ weekend. We aren’t jumping a 10-3 Bama team that loses in the SEC champ game.

LSU needs to play the game of their lives for us. And we need to beat the **** out of pitt and I think we jump byu and be in the 10 spot

I would say TT and BYU is the best comparison. For some reason they value the TT win in that situation even though they lost to ASU. The committee makes no sense.
