They’ve also said they look at teams by groups of 3, so if ND stays at 9, even if we jump Utah we won’t get the H2H bonus.

Also we all know if we do move close enough to ND, the. bama will jump both us too, cause ain’t no ******* way is Bama being left out for Us. If they want Bama and ND in ND will simply jump OU

yeah ultimately assuming everyone wins out that's above us (except for byu losing to Texas Tech, and A&M losing to bama in title game) then bama would jump ND and ND would drop to #10... we would jump BYU to get to #11 (we likely are 12 tonight)

so in that situation - we are 11 and ND is 10 -- that's a very likely scenario at this point

I'm not saying this would flip us and ND, I'm just saying that it's possible. they wont have ND jump OU, they just can't. bama beating A&M will mean they jump ND as the SEC title winner.

BYU beating TTU would ***** us, but I dont think BYU could beat Texas Tech if they played 20 times

I'm not denying that we need help.

I'm merely pointing out that THIS WEEKEND is not the "final weekend" to qualify for the CFP spots.

One thing that helps us is that SMU loss looks a whole lot better, they’re not bad. Also, again, head to head. I maintain that the committee takes us and ND, just us, or neither of us. We have good momentum in media (except that clown Joey Galloway) on why we should be ahead.
