Oregon and USC would just be swapping a playoff spot. That game won't benefit us.

Utah and BYU still exist. They’ve done nothing. 3 9-3 SEC teams were ranked above 10-2 BYU last year.

Them leaving Tennessee top 22 means that if Vandy beats them they’ll leapfrog us again I guarantee it. We are goin to need some losses by some teams or they will not put us in.

This is exactly right. Even though Bama has far better wins than ND, their made-up "within three-games" rule would only apply if ND were ranked 10, so they put Bama at 10 and ND at 9 despite Bama's far better resume. Absolutely insane.

I would hope so, but it would be back-to-back wins against ranked opponents for them, so I'm not sure.

Lots of scenarios can play out. Nothings guaranteed.

Committee is still saying “prove it” to us. We all know it would be classic Miami to lose to Pitt.

We handle business and everything stayed the same, we’d jump BYU/Utah. There may be even enough media pressure to make them do something they don’t want to do.

Just win. It’s the best thing for this program, whether we get in or not. Win 10 games.
