Agree. But our other-than-ND W's don't stand out as great either. We beat UF who beat Texas. We beat FSU who beat Bama. Unfortunately, they both have horrible records.

I think they would argue that but I truly think that head to head would win over

if this was UGA or bama I'd agree with you, but ND doesn't have conference money or pull and we are all bait here but truly if it comes down to us and ND and they get in over us - then college football is dead and games dont matter

Eye test will play a factor. Beating the **** out of NC state today and shutting down the nice offense they’ve fielded was big. The committee like the talent we have.

Yep. F the head to head. How did they play against Pitt? That would be the most NCAA football thing ever.
 
Everyone seems confident Miami wins next two games. I am not confident that happens and even if they do I dont think committee is putting two acc teams into playoffs. Probably looking at gator bowl or everyone's favorite sun bowl

A&M is going to utterly squash Texas. It’s going to be like a Sid Vicious WCW squash match.

We should jump Vandy and Texas this week. Vandy is ahead due to one more win, and we are tied and covered with style points. Miami should be ranked 13

I think that OU win really hurt bad today.

I think 10 spots are guaranteed at this point. 3 Big 10, 3 SEC, ND, Big 12, G5 and ACC that is likely not us.

So there’s 2 spots left for:

Bama
OU
Vandy
BYU
Utah
Miami

We’re going to be behind all those teams on Tuesday. Not great. And this assumes things like Michigan losing to Taint & USC losing to Oregon.
