I don’t agree with this at all. The team/kids went 11-1 and the team still intact. Fk Lane, don’t punish the kids.

You're isolating Ole Miss' case, however, which is the gripe. You're losing sight of those that want consistency in all of this.
Without a heavily expanded playoff, this stuff will never die.

I agree with you it isn't fair to the kids. However, why should Ole Miss get a pass when FSU didn't? If they did it to FSU, they need to be consistent, but they won't. I think we all know why. I don't think you'll have to worry - Ole Miss is getting a spot.

If both Kiffin and Weiss Jr aren't coaching Ole Miss's offense in the post season I gotta agree with you. That's a completely different team. Sucks for the players, but thems the breaks

The committee already got out in front of this and mentioned they had a data point of having seen FSU play without Travis in the ACC title game that year, but without Ole Miss in the SECCG they won’t have a data point of seeing them play without their coach.

If the committee leaves out a 2 loss OU that beat Alabama, likely the SEC champ, in Tuscaloosa late in the season, I will personally walk down I-95 in a g-string.
