I don’t believe this set of circumstances has existed before. Normally i would agree with you but Bama is on the border. 3 losses AND one of those being to a sub 500 FSU has never been encountered. So yes, I am very serious. I take it a step further. What if BYU beats Texas Tech. Texas Tech would be the runner up. You think Bama gets in ahead of them if they lose in their conference game too?

Why doesn’t the committee just guarantee 10 slots instead of 5?

Just guarantee the 5 conference winners and 5 conference runners-up

Obviously every scenario is different like the loser of Indiana and Ohio State shouldn’t get punished for losing their first game of the season in the conference title game. But there should be no reason a 3 loss Bama and 2 loss BYU(lose again to Tech) make the CFP because they made it to their conference title game.

Too many moving parts to say. It’s not just those 2 teams. I’m just telling you the 2 teams in Atlanta are in. A gazillion percent. Sankey would literally have the families of the committee members killed if they tried to pull that ****.
 
Lot of analysts claiming we need to beat Pitt by 21 "like Notre Dame did".

We can absolutely do that. But we're going to have to play with tempo.

If we run 3 plays every 2 minutes like we've done for large stretches of games, our season is over.

If #10 loses a 3rd game and there is a deserving 10-2 team Miami not in
Bama is done
I get sankey is basically Hillary but he won't be able to save them

If it were any other conference I’d agree 100%. Not this one.

How bout this though? **** all this back and forth. Auburn 28 Alabama 24 on Saturday.
