The Work 1-15

what a waste thinking T.C would be a Cane. Unreal how playing for the homeschool means little to nothing for so many S. Fla kids. This mentality needs to change. LSU, Ohio St., Bagama hardly ever lose top in state recruits. Culture needs to change and change NOW!

Coaches should start with cutting back on the weather tweets. Wonder if they realize that south Florida kids don’t give a **** about the weather because...uh...they’ve lived in Florida their entire lives

Rattler is my guy, so all respect to him, and who is to say he wont be vindicated, but I cant really see how TC not coming is seen as surprising since it seemed like he was never really interested in UM from the get go (which is his right). I guess I never really considered us truly in the game.

Ill also choose not to blame Rumph. It is what it is.

If we close w that DT haul, man o man. And once more, Bethel is not a back up plan for TC.

Gotta stop losing the top kids to the SEC. So sick of seeing Miami kids balling there.

Gotta kill the ghost of PJ (PP).

Staff need to get this correct.

Fuuuuuuuucccccccckkkkkkk.

Was really hoping Rumph could have pulled this off. I like how our CBs improved under his guidance, but lots of coaches can teach technique. Recruting at an elite level on the other hand is imo is alot more difficult.

Rattler, listen to their advice and stay away. Things will be said about TC that you don’t need to see.

I will not completely count Campbell out but I have very little confidence

I think Campbell probably committed to Georgia on his visit. Oh well. One day we’ll figure out how to keep these kids home

This is a huge loss but don't act like we don't have the number 6 class and more top FL commits then anybody right now..

5 star Mark Pope
5 star Lingard
Reed
Scaife
Hall
Cam Davis
Blades
Frierson
Silvera

All top 30 FL kids and we got them...

Need to start paying then. Until Miami decides to play the game, they’ll continue to lose top S Fl players to the SEC

Catastrophic failure for this program to miss on Campbell. Completely unacceptable. Incompetence of the highest order. **** anyone who is trying to white knight this **** and double **** anyone who was at the throats of the posters who have been seeing through the delusional bull **** for weeks. And Rattler, buddy... idk if you're legit or not, but I wouldn't come around. Right or not, this is going to be extremely ugly for your "cuz"

Anyone with any sense has counted this cat out along time ago. He’s done nothing over the last two months to indicate he was remotely interested in the Canes

I will add that it’s pretty embarrassing that Rumph couldn’t land this kid. It’s his old high school, along with his current position group. This should have been a slam dunk. I’m starting to get the vibe that maybe kids didn’t really like Rumph that much at AH, which is why it’s hard for him to convince them to play for him again.

See why I said take it with a grain of salt? I had a gut feeling that this **** was gonna happen but I convinced myself otherwise.

I guess TC doesn't like Rumph. Now I don't either. However, if we get Nesta and Chatman, then I am willing to believe that Rumph wasn't the problem (wouldn't make sense that we'd land 2 AH kids if Rumph crapped on miami while HC.)

all the tough guys from the other campbell threads can finally get it now

The sad thing is you, Valid, and others will never be able to understand what the other thread was about. You all were losing your minds and lamenting over speculation and vibes with no real information. That's why you were rebuked.

The only information we had was TC repped Miami during his playoff games, Rattler had not heard he was pro Georgia, vibes from a rando, and crystal balls. Your and Valid's petulant demeanor are not vindicated in this just because you happened to be potentially correct. Pete has actual info, and you all have a penchant for whining and hanging a noose when there is no info.

Rumph is a **** of a coach but if you’re not bringing in the top guys (literally missed on every CB prospect he recruited besides Blades and Frierson was set to leave until Banda saved his ***) you’re not gonna last in elite cfb. Can’t miss on guys like Tyson, not even considering the background story of their relationship.

It’d be best if we just moved on from Rumph at this point in my opinion. He’s had plenty of chances. Coaching is great but being a coach in cfb is 50% recruiting 50% coaching. You HAVE TO do both at a high level. This has happened 3 years in a row

I dont think so. Kid owes UM nothing and didnt troll. Handled his recruitment likea G. Anybody saying something bad about the kid is sastraight *****.

Now should UM and UGA meet down the road, hes fair game

Unlike Jobe that flipped to Bama and disrespected our coaches, TC has managed his recruitment differently and quietly, even in the push for being named the number 1 CB in this class, he has been professional. I want him bad in this class, but no personal issues if he doesn't choose my Canes.

Rumph's a good coach. But man, you got to be able to recruit. Campbell was supposed to be a layup (coached him in HS and optimist, kid flat out said he was a father figure), yet you (Rumph) can't land him.

That's very concerning going forward.

"I will not take no for an answer" - Tyson Campbell's former head coach and alleged mentor.

Un-f'ing-believable

Asante, Surtain, Jobe, Campbell, leave South Florida while we turn to Nigel Bethel.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
