Whittingham is probably gone by then, they just named a coach in waiting. Wonder how they will be.

Vegas for 2027?

Jack Nicholson Yes GIF
That sounds delicious! I say let’s get all of us together in South Bend for the game in 2026 and hammer out a plan for Vegas 2027!

Just in case you got an excuse I just saw a Treasure Island hotel commercial where they have $79 a night with buy 1 get 1 free draft beers with free parking! No excuses! 🤣🤣🤣

Mario REALLY wants to make up for those two beatdowns that Utah administered to his last Oregon team. His Ducks were ranked.

And then they weren't. That PAC12CG was....well...EMBARRASSING.

Saw the Giants -Raiders game there last November. Nice stadium. Tailgate area was pretty cool. Found a few Giants fans to hang out with for a while. The bridge back over to the strip becomes a pedestrian bridge on gameday. I will stay on that end of the strip for this game. So since we were using a taxi to get to the game I was trying to figure out how to get my beer over to tailgate. So the wife goes to the gift shop buys a $25 backpack. We took the plastic bag they put it in and used that inside the backpack. Filled it with a case of beer and ice and it made a great and easy to carry cooler. Left it sitting outside the gate on the way in.

Utahs coach in waiting is Morgan scalley. He’s been there a while so should be business as usual for Utah. Unless wittingham truly is the savant this site makes him out to be they fall off a cliff without him being the head man

Always love these "neutral" site games. Do we ever schedule one where it's closer to Miami than the opponent?

Where would you schedule one outside of Atlanta?

Where is there another premier venue?

Playing in Dallas at Jerry's House for LSU and now the Death Star in Vegas for Utah—game-changers.

Nobody wants to see a Miami / Utah play in Orlando or some other average dumpsite stadium.

I hear you, but Vegas is a vacation destination. So is Orlando. It would just be a nice change of pace for Miami to get one there every once in a while, no? I mean aside from playing the Gators which again, great "neutral" site.

Orlando doesn't compare to Las Vegas when you're talking stadium experience and adult playground. Sports fans will invent reasons to go to Sin City to watch their respective team play. Building that stadium and bringing both NFL and MLB there was a stroke of genius.

Once USF moves to an on-campus stadium, I would expect Tampa to start doing these kickoff-type games too.

Any recommendations on where to stay in Vegas? Going once between now and the game and definitely need some advice on that anyway. If it goes well I'd stay in the same place both times.

Been twice.. stayed at Harrah's and Flamingo. Definitely don't want to go to either of those again. Would rather be somewhere cheaper than the Venetian and Bellagio.

One friend is telling me Planet Hollywood and another is telling me Mandalay Bay. Any advice on those 2?
