If I hear one more analyst bring up facilities and Miami needs this and that, I'm gonna go postal. It's thee single most retarded argument I continue to hear as to why Miami isn't back or why Miami will never be back.
I really want Paul Finebaum to pour himself a nice cold glass of clorox on the rocks and sip slow. Few questions for his dumbass:
Is there some super secret weight bench that Miami doesn't know about that would all of a sudden turn one of our RB's to Leonard Fournette?
Would Miami practicing in an indoor practice facility when it rains turn one of our DL's into Shaq Lawson?
The whole argument about facilities is dumb as ****, as it relates to Miami.
Those are not the reasons Miami isn't playing up to the level of its storied history.
Look at Miami's roster right now, a whole lot of talent and average top 15 recruiting classes and still can't win big games. That has absolutely nothing to do with facilities.
It ALWAYS takes the right coach. That's it.
I'm so glad they came out with the Trojan Horse documentary. USC had facilities galore, their own stadium, mega fan base, mega HS talent throughout Cali and STILL couldn't win games throughout all the late 80's and 90's.
One man came and put USC back on the map and that's all Miami needs, point blank period.
So Paul needs to SHUT THE *** UP forever.
It takes a coach, it also takes facilities. Really, it just took a guy at USC? Pay attention to your own argument above. Have you been to USC to compare what it has to what we have? They had better then than we have now.
Name a national champ, in the past 10 years, without better facilities than Miami. Name one in 15 years.

Take a look at what those schools actually spend on their programs. We are THE outlier, always have been. That is what we love and thrive on. That's what makes the U. It also has real limitation and we've seen that in the last FEW coaching searches.
The reality is that Greentree is legendary...based on what it did 20 years ago. We are now recruiting 16-17 year olds.
Facilities go a long way to selling recruits. They are not the only issue, but they are a very big issue.
One of the first things a real candidate will contractually require is a practice bubble, especially as we have no on campus stadium.
