Which is also dumb. I don’t get caught in class rankings. I watch tape on players and see what might be able to translate over. I like seeing unreachable traits. But that’s me

Based largely on the way he went about the process - finding the guys the he believes fit his vision and those that are buying into his vision (see Enos' on the vision part). It wasn't an elongated process and seemed to have well defined purpose. We obviously won't know, conclusively, until the product is on the field, but one thing that can be graded is the effect the staffing process has had - I'm talking about the return of Thomas and the killing, on transfers. Manny has been very upfront with his vision and who fits - the players are responding already. That's an A, for me.
