Field, Baker, and Enos make it an A for me. There was no need to break up the defensive staff and Baker is about as good of a Manny Diaz clone as you're going to find to come in and call plays. Offensively, I consider Enos a high A+ hire and I'm willing to accept a couple guys I might not have known or been hoping for.

Defense is the same with baker. Call that a wash

QB - huge upgrade
WR - not sure but dugans was good
RB - not sure on hickson but i hated brown toward the end
TE - both good recruiters
ST - can't get worse?
OL - Gotta be an upgrade
OC - obvious upgrade
