The signs were there the first year

Were the signs there when we were ranked 2nd in the nation with a depleted offense?

The offense sucks.

We can barely compete and it seems to be beyond repair.

Honestly, Notre Dame game aside, we did not display a sound offensive scheme in any of our games last season. Last year's success was smoke and mirrors. It kind of reminded me of when we went 7-0 to start the season under Golden. There were fans on here worried about other programs stealing Al away from us. Well, we know how that season ended. We are screwed if we let this crap continue.

Constantly running RPO's with Kaaya who we all knew wasnt gonna EVER keep the ball. And he NEVER changed the whole season
Yup, it started looking really suspicious when Richt went into a shell to protect a 13-3 lead against FSU at home with all the momentum in the world. Running the ball over and over again between the tackles all second half to no avail.

Then we lose the next three games and the offense was looking worse than it did with Coley all while we were playing to the weakness of our personnel. This guy has been **** since day 1.

First of all that was 2 years ago with kayaa

And I agree there was defiantly a stubbornness that was beginning to become obvious about not making the playbook/scheme fit the players on the field

You'd get scorched on here if you brought that up. So many people willing to turn a blind eye despite winning ugly and by the skin of our teeth against the likes of 2-7 UNC, 5-5 GT, 4-4 Syracuse. If you had to redo last year 100 times we'd finish 10-1 only once we were that lucky.

He knew Kayaa was gone the next year and was installing his system.

It was the right move.

But we were and I enjoyed every ******* minute of it till we **** the bed.

Got to watch a bunch of ND fans put their coats on at halftime and go home with their heads down at a buddies house for the game last year. It was one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

Clean out the staff a bit more, get a dedicated OC, some depth on the OLine.

I'd like to see all that done before throwing out one of our own.

I was so beat down from the last two HCs, I loved the hire based on that 745 winning %. I held on to that and defended that well into this season. Then I started thinking back about remarks I'd make years ago about Georgia always seeming to lose at least one game a year against a team they should have dominated.

I thought he'd bring that upper echelon SEC mentality of the solid O and D lines ( That Dabo copied at Clemson building that program which he had to see coming into the ACC), along with his reputation as a developer of QBs.

I'm close to being out of patients - but so would any mortal soul suffering through a 4-game losing streak from (let's face it) pedestrian teams.

I hope that was not true. What coach would scrap the current season to set up for following season not knowing what type of qb you'd have? Doesnt a good coach scheme for the qb he has? I wouldn't expect rosier to have the same packages/plays that nkosi has

Aside from ND VT we didn’t line up across a quality team and beat them legitimately

Were you one of the porsters that used to equate winning % to being a top coach currently?

Everyone has the same plays. Plug and play offense. Richt model, Think plays not players. The opposite of what a good coach would do. Thats why you see Langham in motion faking jet sweeps as if the defense would give a **** if you handed the ball off to him

So when they are watching film do all the coaches and players high 5 when kaaya faked keeping the ball thereby faking out the entire defense? Or do any coaches say to CMR "I dont think anyone on their defense actually thinks Langham will get the ball therefore maybe we ought to put a smaller faster player back there which may in fact cause some of their players to bite"?

After we lost 4 in a row I suggested he retire and I got destroyed for it.

He was who we thought he was.
