In your Utopian world of fair play ... sure but if they can't enforce pay-for-play under the table payments now what makes you think that anyone can enforce arbitrary spending controls. You really think some entity "in charge" is going to be telling Bama they can only spend $25M a year is going to work when they spend $50M a year now? I'd like world peace as well while you're at it.So does that mean you've finally realized spending controls are more important than scholarship reductions, when it comes to implementing a parity increasing measure? In the SEC realignment thread a few months you thought otherwise.
