The only good play on Saturday

He’s Mullet’s type of QB.

If he could develop into a consistent passer he could be special....but that's a big if.
Give him a chance to settle in. With this O line he will be running for his life. He can throw and needs reps. Give him a week of practice with the ones and see what happens.

Should let him start the rest of the season. He can run which would only build his confidence and make the defense respect his ability which also should open up some easier passes for him to complete

I like tvd and Garcia but if we want to run a power spread like all the top teams do it is IMPERATIVE that you have a QB who is capable of 50yds minimum rushing every game

Jaccuri is that GUY... but coaching will limit him. They need to run plays for him the same way they do for a passing stile QB. Jacurri can make the throws. but for example watching Fields today. Running QB's always do best on passing plays. Always give him the option to throw and scan he field

Brown has a strong arm as well. If someone can develop his accuracy to go along w/ the positives D$ mentioned, kid can be special. I like too that he doesn't come across the tv screen as having deer in headlight syndrome, imo.

Love the competitiveness but he can't throw.
I see a bunch of QBs tearing up the NFL who couldn’t throw at that age.

Jacurri has a twitchy arm. If he keeps working, he can improve. Hendon Hooker is the most recent example. It’s up to him to put in the work (which he seems to embrace) and up to his coaches to accentuate his strengths as he develops.

Love his passion. Kid has the heart of a Cane. Very rare these days.

If Travis from FSU can improve anyone can who puts in the work.

Problem is Hendon is in offense that makes it very easy and give easy throws, majority being go routes and/or comebacks.. We dont run those type of offenses.. Our offense wants guys to make pro style type reads, we make it harder than it needs to be..

Hooker never had the accuracy issues early on that Brown does, that's not a good comparison

Hooker didn’t even play a snap at Jacurri’s age. In his redshirt freshman year, he didn’t attempt a pass and only ran. When he finally started 8 games in his third year, he attempted 13 or fewer passes in three of them.

It was a developmental process with him.

Hookers also almost 25 years old in a system that compliments what he does best. I doubt our fan base will be willing to wait that long for Jacurri to hit his stride.
