They lost to SMU and UL this year and were very pedestrian in doing so. The ACC is horrible and they beat up on bad teams…snuck in playoffs. Do they have talent? Yes. I think they were better last year with the #1 QB in draft ( Cam Ward) and Xavier Restrepo. Their defense is salty but nothing...

Defense started slow but played good enough for us to win that game. You absolutely cannot turn the ball over 4 times. If the Beck we’ve seen since NC state showed up we beat them easily.
 
We’ve been scared ****less of every opposing QB for the past 6-7 weeks..I’m old enough to remember ppl saying CJ Bailey was going to look like a heisman contender against us or the kid from Pitt was going to give us fits…**** just last week all I heard is how OSU’s two headed monster WRs would be too much to handle an Julian Sayin is a god when he gets th ball out in 2.5 seconds lol n I still kept saying I’m not worried about the defense..if Chambliss carves us up I’ll tip my cap to him, but I trust the dawgs we have on D to get it done Thursday ..

This is going to be a tough game of people you might actually jump ahead first order. Then we have to come back. The quarterbacks are there wide receivers right now. I see this. Ultimately, how quickly can Miami power offensive line? And how will our defensive coordinator handle TC running? He is a much better thrower than the Texas A&M quarterback.

We should plan on scoring more than 28.

This team gave up:
23 to Kentucky
21 to Washington State
26 to Oklahoma
35 to Arkansas
24 to Florida

This defense is bad and I hope we come out with the intent to score a lot.

Not because we'll need to but because it'll allow our defense to pin their ears back because once we get ahead on this team we should be able to just lean on our run game and defense to keep the game out of reach for them.

I can only see the preview, but man a salty D only giving up 17 points against two CFP teams.

Sign me the **** up for that every year.

Not trying to absolve Beck at all. Just saying the whole team took an L. I don’t care who the quarterback is you never want your offense in that kind of a hole.
