Said this in another thread but Butch has one more payment from UNC coming in January that he'll lose if he is takes a coaching job. Maybe he wouldn't care if he gets over $1 million in salary, maybe.
 
This could be why the Admin is not in a big hurry.

They tell Golden that he needs to be seeking other job opportunities, but that he's not fired yet as they want him to be able to say he's still the Miami coach, and that would make him more attractive than if he were fired and looking.

Hey - this guess is an good as any. I'm just confident that Golden is gone, even though he still has a key to his office.
 
The BOT must hire Butch.

We can't afford any more ***** ups, wannabe's, or dumbasses.

We must get a proven program builder. Proven recruiter. Proven team builder. Proven talent evaluator.

This would be genius and would pump life and momentum back into recruting but it just makes too much **** sense for the comepingas in admin to do it, smh. Please Lord.
 
I'm in. It's destiny the way things are setting up. He's the savior of the program, and he'll get a chance to write his redemption story and hoist the trophy he never got to.

I'd be more than down to just have Butch as DC, if Chud was HC, and Dorsey was OC. Just saying.
Keep Ice, Baez, and Beard on staff also, maybe a couple others. Would be amazing. But, we all know it's not happening...

Chud worked for Butch. Have you actually looked at Chud's accomplishments? They suck.

Can't Butch just do some type of hostile takeover? I mean, can't he just go into Golden's office and tell him to GTF OUT!!!
 
Serious question: By how much would season ticket sales increase if we hired Butch before next season? How does the administration not see this?
 
The fact that this thread is BringButchBack instead of Butch is Back!!! lets you know how incompetent this administration is.

Ayo someone link this to butch's son on twitter, tell him we want Butch period. Tell Butch to prank call the admin hourly till they respond.
