Ok. Butch assembled possibly the best talent UM has ever had, but he's not a good head coach. He's a good (not great) position coach, an excellent talent evaluator, but not bad but horrible head coach.

LOL at Butch being a good but not great position coach. U do realize he not only recruited and developed national championship DLs in Miami but also won a super bowl as DL coach and DC.
