The Jimbo/FSU Shade

Jimbo is correct to an extent. In the end that relationship was like a marriage that just needed to end for both sides.

It's crazy how much Sexton controls college football. He represents about 50 D1 coaches.

It's bull . FSU has nice facilities.

Bottom line is he lost control, knew it was a toxic environment. He took the $ and screwed Tamu.

He got the deal of the century.

Texas A&M is going to be in for an shocking development when Jimbo's can only get 8-4 records because even the bottom feeders in the SEC West (Arkansas, Ole Miss, Miss State) are WORLDS better then Syracuse, Boston College, and Wake Forest.

You don't get to be an ***** like saban if you don't win like saban, and jimbo stopped winning but kept being a dck. Those comments are just more of him being himself.

And BC ran a train of fsu this year.

The guy has $75M guaranteed, literally all consequence removed.

Texas A&M is in for a rough realization when they realize that he's not going to win like Saban.

Eh, the SEC West is so top-heavy that it wouldn't shock me to see Jimbo have success at TAMU. Now, will "success" be annual playoff contender? I don't think so. But they'll shake things up a bit out there.

Bull****, my ****!

He was dead on, FSU doesn't want to make the financial or physical commitment towards football facilities that are required to keep up with SEC and upper tier ACC schools. FSU is akin to Miami 2001-2015- the powers that be wish for it to be considered more a premier academic institution , than a football powerhouse ( especially one that regularly embarrasses the academics), they feel like the program can run itself- they have never been on par with the big money boys, but tradition, location, etc. makes up for that- so they can hire cheap and not put the money into facilities that the meat heads want.
