Tell why not?
If you need this to explained to you, you're too dumb to be dealt with
Tell why not?
So explain to me why an experienced QB coach wasn’t hired, we had to give our RB coach two job titles just to pay him for one, our TE coach is also our ST coach, our d-line coach and CB coaches are in their first ever college position. We aren’t paying crappy money any more , that was part of Richt taking the job. He wanted to pay assistants competitive salaries.
So stop with the bs.

Maybe you stick to boxing instead of a sport you never played. I doubt you boxed either *****
UCF is also a state school with public funding.Im tired of this money excuse. UCF staff is more innovative than ours. We beat with only talent. Look what lane kiffin said on lebatard. We dont want to lose to a mark richt coached team.

**not knocks on Simpson or Rumph, their teaching abilities probably deserve more than what they’re getting.**
I usually see your posts and agree, but look at what I’m saying. CJR was part nepotism, part budget-related. Hartley didn’t turn down UGA for a pay raise, he did it for a more prominent role (2 coaching roles). Dugans I agree, probably does make good money. Brown makes the money he does for the aforementioned reason, he was given OC title for additional compensation. Just like what we did with Kool.Dude it’s not about money , it’s nepotism, he wanted to work with his son and call plays.
Hartley turned down Uga, Dugans turned down FSU. Diaz and Brown make good money. It’s a legit top 20 paid staff , it’s just the offense staff is green and the oc sucks.

This shows Richt’s salary. But it doesn’t take a payroll list to know they hired inexperienced staff to offset the most money we’ve ever paid to a HC. If we had the money to hire a real QB coach and special teams coordinator, who knows how different things would be? This team is stacked with talent, but its potential is clearly not being maximized.
...is the lack of money we’re willing to shell out for our coaching staff. If you don’t look beyond Richt’s salary, you’d say we compensate our staff fairly well. But when you delve further into it, they can only pay him that $4 million by being cheap in other areas.
Thomas Brown has the OC title because it gives him additional compensation, because he’s a plus coach and recruiter. But Richt calls the plays.
Jon Richt was brought on not only because he’s CMR’s son, but because he’s an ultra cheap option as QB coach.
Rumph had never coached in college and while actually proving to be a solid CB coach, a very green coach will not make much money, relatively speaking.
Hartley is TE and ST coach. We pay him 1 salary to teach two position groups.
****, Diaz probably took a hometown discount because being HC is his dream job.
Yes Richt makes good money. But that’s because he’s HC, QB coach, and OC. Look beyond that, and you can see how they made up for his salary with cheaper options behind him.
The point is this: until we can pay the right amount of money for coordinators and position coaches, we won’t see the changes we want.

Well Saban once in awhile loses to people below him but it blows your mind that we lose to Virginia.
Miami doesn’t publish salaries. Post your source with actual figures.
What do you say now Templar?http://sports.usatoday.com/ncaa/salaries/
