Yes he looks more like Ty Moss. Gore ran lower to the ground and had more wiggle. Mallory runs with violence and has a nice cutback.

Not sure u realize it but the large majority of his career was post surgery. It was **** near 20 yrs. Given that, the compare and contrast are fully valid.
 
Im ngl I was comparing him to Gore all the time because he reminds me of him on the 49ers. I just rewatched his pre injury freshman highlight tape. Holy ****** ****. I think he might have been the best running back ever (by a lot) if he never got injured. 4.3 speed version of the same player we all know.
 
Mallory is looking like a special RB. We haven’t had a truly special RB in a long time.
Not Gore level special, because special doesn’t adequately describe freshman year Gore. He was on a different level

FYI, Derek Cooper has 98 rushing yards, on the season. Mallory had more in one half against FSU.
