The Evolution of Elija "E9" Lofton's Game

[LoyalCane24]

Lofton has been great and Shannon should run a few more plays towards him each game to keep D honest

I actually think he does. Mensah has missed him a lot. When this offense really gets clicking Lofton and Mensahs legs will be our X factors.

Zero reason Lofton shouldn’t catch at least 4 for 50 yards every game. He’s open a lot.

He not Mali tho

There’s no denying it, he’s playing high-level football for us right now. So happy to have him healthy and performing for us this year. We needed it!

[ST26]

His blocking alone puts him in the running for Most Improved Player. He's been balling

[MasterBlaster]

He's done a great job this year, I wouldn't mind seeing him getting some more targets.

His blocking has been what has set him apart this year!

100%. Watching the replay of the FSU game Lofton had massive blocks on just about every big run Mallory had.

Don’t need to be when you’re wide open.

Mensah dont see them, even if mali doubled lol

[hurricaneman]

He should be Mensah's dump off option on a lot of plays.

[LuCane]

This is most likely how he'll make a living in the NFL, and that's pretty good. Wish this is how we'd use him all the time. With improved blocking, he's that much more of a threat slipping into the flats.

Wish we used our TE's more with Dawson, Arroyo was so underutilized. Would like to see Lofton used more like Kyle Juszczyk.
