Agree. Not on the Meyer part, but agree that unless we hire a BRAND, the kids in so FL won't respect it. People have to remember the culture that is so FL. Folks don't give a **** who you are, but what you are. Regarding these kids, they are following the trends, the wins, the fame, the easiest way to success.
Right now, and for the last 15 years, the U has not been that. So why would a 4-5 star being recruited by the whole country consider a B-list school that won't drop the proper bag?

Nobody is or should replace rumph we had the #1 pass defense in the country. Who gives a **** about recruiting when the people you do recruit are performing the best in the nation

lol. It will change if Miami starts to dominate and make it fun to be apart of this team. Miami won't get everybody. Never have but they'll be able to get most of what they want and need if Manny can dominate/ prove he's a big time coach.
