Most people, and this is especially true in South Florida, would rather do 1 million different things than watch Tyler commit seppuku while our Neanderthal of a head coach forces our offense into a phone booth.Same arguments every week…
I think the fan experience could be improved…
I also think the offense sucks and could be more fun to watch…
The game was boring to watch for much of it and the team seems disorganized, which is frustrating.
I’ll never understand that. If it’s a sell out, sure. But when you can basically go in for free, why stay in the parking lot?!Took my oldest son to his first game. For Virginia, the crowd was solid. But like people said in here, my row didn't fill up until close to the end of the first quarter. There were like 6 people in my row until.
We left a little bit after the fourth quarter, we had to travel back to Melbourne. Walking back to the car, there was still large groups of people tailgating lol.
We always used to pack up the tailgate no later than 1 hour before kickoff. Just getting into the stadium is always pretty annoying, even with lighter crowds.I hardly ever make it before kickoff. It's pretty much tradition at this point lol
Ngl I saw that warning and was disappointed. How soft lol.I got a MAUDE warning for racism/bigotry for using the term Cuban Time?
Yeah…. I need an explanation on this one. As a Cuban myself, I am confused.
At game time, the stands looked almost completely empty. Watching from home, I was shocked.
By the end of the first quarter, the crowd looked reasonably decent. (By Cane standards)
Are our fans the latest-arriving in college football? We’re not the only folks who like to tailgate.
Looked like 35,000-40,000 in the stands. That sound right?
I was there and youre right, stadium was not as full as it should have been after last week's game. That being said... season ticket holders are all on the opposite side of the tv camera, so we're always showing the visiting sideline, and the side that is less full. Will rarely look good aside from for marquee games
Fair, not "all", but home side definitely has more of the season ticket holders if for no other reason than to stay out of the sun, so my point remainsThere are plenty of season ticket holders on the away side. Including myself. Section 119.
Also, part of the "away" side is made up of students. And the band.
Bake in the sun or sit in the shade for the same price.
Really?
Anyone that goes to games knows the UM side is full.....every single game. Upper and lower I have sat in both sections for years.

This team needs a massive grassroots effort in Broward county.
Just before kickoff with zero people on the field? Come onI sit on the away side. I can see the entire "UM side". Upper is NOT full every single game.
Season tickets are sold all over the stadium, except for the corner that is used for the away-team allotment.
And don't tell me this didn't happen. Just before scheduled kickoff at the aTm game. "UM side". The LEAST full area is the most expensive (non-suite) area.

I think it doesn't represent the point of my post.Read my words. "Scheduled" kickoff. The kickoff was delayed, but nobody knew about it. So this was the time the game was SUPPOSED to start. No excuse not to be in your seat at kickoff, right?
Did you think I doctored the photo?
Are you willing to take my 24-14 pregame prediction now? Our QB is a turnover waiting to happen, our Oline weares teams down and we have more RB’s than any program in the country. Style points don’t count, but W’s do.Most people, and this is especially true in South Florida, would rather do 1 million different things than watch Tyler commit seppuku while our Neanderthal of a head coach forces our offense into a phone booth.
