He maybe right in the end but Pete needs to realize that when he is on the Podcast, we are tunning in to talk about the Notre Dame playoff situation. So now we are forced to go elsewhere. D money has been awesome. In life, sometimes you earn respect for fighting for what's right.

It ain’t happening and never was. Committee wants who they want. Take your ol ladies out to the local Applebees for the 2 for $25 instead of spending time watching the playoff show tonight’.

Pretty sure Bama had like +200 last year and was first out ranked 11…

I think what this is saying is it will remain
9. ND
10. Bama
11. BYU
12. Miami

And the odds are saying IF Bama AND BYU get blown out Miami COULD get in.

That’s just what it is, they’re gunna keep ND at 9 and ranked above us….
 
So tonight seems like if miami moves up to #9 we are 100% in and if we move up to #10 we will need bama and/or byu to lose to get in ? Anything under #10 is is poptart bowl lol

Texas A&M is what is skewing it badly. If you think about it we have 4 common opponents and a 5th as we played one another, so we have 7 different teams we played. Comparing those 7 Miami/ND has:

BCU/ Purdue
USF/Navy
FSU/Boise
UF/Texas AM
Louisville/USC
SMU/Arkansas
Va Tech/ BC

So I think the non-bolded are pretty comparable, the bolded is what skews it, UF sucked this year, AM is top 10, yes SMU is much better than Arkansas but not as big of a difference between A&M and whoever you want to compare.

If we’re 10th we have to cross our fingers and hope Bama and BYU lose

I am hopeful, but I am trying to keep expectation from creeping in. I don’t care to deal with any more disappointment right at this moment

Do you know when they actually deliberate though? Like are they meeting today to discuss and set the rankings? Did they do that yesterday?
