The BEST RB on the team...

That would be absolutely amazing
Agreed. More so just to get this kid on the field, with his teammates and out of the rehab room which can be like going into solitary in jail. It is tough mentally so him even getting a few carries at the end of the year and churn some grass would be a great stepping stone for him next year when who knows what the RB room will look like.

Chaney needs to be the #1 back. He runs guys over. Definitely the hardest runner. There's a reason they gave him his own 4 play drive of runs up the middle in the last game.

Idk if he's the best in pass pro (which is vital in keeping TVD up) but he's good enough. He has comparable vision/patience to the other backs, but he's put in the work and rehabbed an injury.

We need to show kids that if they get recruited here and put in the work that they'll play. If we keep Chaney on the sideline, he'll transfer.

Chaney should be #1
Whoever else (hot hand, committee) can be #2

Need somebody to break a big run, run game been good but somebody gotta crib sum ****

As far as who gets playing time give them all a few carries and go with the hot hand

Good problem to have. Too many horses and only so many carrots

Chaney is a grown *** man by collegiate standards. He's in year four. His talent notwithstanding, his physical maturity could produce 30 carries/150 yards a game like an assembly line for a power running team. It's funny we have a back like that, and a line like ours, and that's just not our offense anymore. Oh the irony.
