Stanford has like 130+ National Titles across 20ish sports. They are happy with their niche in the big three sports and I’m sure NiL will help a bit on those sports but they win across the board.

I don't see Stanford or its alumni playing that game.
Their big dog alums don’t go to board rooms full of good ole boys to brag about who won over the weekend, unlike in SEC country. I really think that’s the driving characteristic behind the SEC teams, even going back to the old SWC. I’ve been out here for a while now and the hatred I have for FSU just doesn’t register with most people, even when it comes to, like, USC-UCLA. Honestly I’m jealous, they’re all much more well adjusted and their mediocre *** teams don’t ruin every Saturday in the fall for them.

He’s not a good DC imo. He’s not atrocious, he just isn’t great at adapting. Take the Pac-12 champ game for example…USC looked ok on defense for the first few drives vs. Utah, and as soon as Ludwig adapted…boom, Grinch had no answer. Tulane was similar too. Happened a lot at OU.

Kid allegedly was put on the third team in the spring as a message from Kirby to wake up and put in effort…did not respond well to that. You can make presumptions on his character and work ethic, but I don’t want to just throw crap out there that I don’t know is true or not.

What's not a presumption is him transferring around 5 schools in 4 years of high school (Terrell, Skyline, Denton Ryan, Fort Worth Brewer and IMG) and now potentially going to his 2nd college in 2 years.

Any sympathy here for Georgia — and one drop would be too much — is staggering.

Shouldn’t “good, f Georgia” be the universal reaction to Alexander telling Smart peace out?

Like PSU Cane detailed, moving from one school to another every season has been this kid and his handler’s M.O. since Alexander was a high school freshman

This was to be expected

my cousin is a donor for Stanford and has season tickets. its a sweet place and the campus is one of the best if not the best in america. the tailgates are really nice (at least the way they do it - think everything is catered).
That would simply never work here. Miami fans have 140 different ways to cook a burger, there's no way they'd all agree to give that up for catering.

Unless it's free.

LOL well there is another diff you didnt say but implied -- the diff in income lol. Stanford donors, alums, grads aren't exactly middle class
