I’m almost sure it was Cline even though Gaby said no. He’s gonna commit soon and we’re probably the top school for him.
Could very well be.

I thought you said Sanker or Samson?I’m almost sure it was Cline even though Gaby said no. He’s gonna commit soon and we’re probably the top school for him.
Technically, he said he couldn't read Malik, but that doesn't mean others can't read him better. I think we're good on him.Not gonna lie that post was a rollercoaster. Great news on Collins but the Jaxon, Malik, and Aguero note was kind of a bummer.
Seems like that’s kinda going against what’s been trending for at least Jaxon and Malik.
Any read on Kirkland? The board needs more fresh content, so I’ll be emptying the notebook every week or so with the latest on the team and the class. This was a huge weekend before the dead period, and Miami can expect to land multiple commits.
- The first domino was Jaden Rashada, Top 5 QB out of Pittsburg, CA. He has something in common with Gino Torretta and Ken Dorsey- all three are from Contra Costa County in the Bay Area of California. Hopefully, they will have also have Canes national titles in common soon. Numerous WRs have expressed their excitement about Rashada, including the #3 overall player in 2024, Josiah Trader. He was on campus today and is responding very well to the Canes. Another name who is excited about the news- Miami Immortals teammate and #2 overall player in 2024, Desmond Ricks.
- Nathanial “Ray Ray” Joseph is the next domino to fall. Expect him to commit to Miami this week. Some inside the building feel that he and Robby Washington are the two top players in South Florida. This team lacks players who can take a kick or a short pass to the house. It’s been a problem with the program for years despite a tradition of dynamic players. Joseph and Washington will change that.
- The next name to watch is Collins Acheampong, a 6’7, 254 pound basketball player-turned-DE from Anaheim. He is announcing on July 1st. The Crystal Balls read Michigan, but if I had to pick the next commit (besides RayRay) this would be it. A lot of Rousseau comparisons coming out of the weekend.
- Three names at the tip-top of the overall board are OTs Samson Okunlola, Francis Mauioga and Monroe Freeling. A source said “these are the types of guys we haven’t been getting” and Miami is in serious play for all three. They will be battles, though. My personal guess (not a report) is that we land one of the three.
- Malik Bryant is quiet and hard to read. We will know more as time goes on there. My guess is Ohio State with Joneel Aguero. Jaxon Howard could pick Miami but I’m leaning LSU here.
- Miami made up significant ground with Cormani McClain, especially with his mother. DVD is doing great work here. This will be an ongoing battle. The biggest hurdle is his relationship with TRob at Alabama. They are ahead of Florida.
- Johnathan Cline (OL from Cartersville, GA) has the green light, but if he doesn’t pop soon I’d expect other names to emerge quickly. Madden Sanker won’t be a factor going forward. The name to watch is Tommy Kinsler, the massive OL from Ocala. He committed to the Gators without his full family present, and Miami made a great impression on them this weekend. We will push hard for a flip.
- The next two big targets on the board are Jalen Brown and Hykeem Williams. Expect us to crank up the heat on both of them (it was already hot). Mario is a huge fan of both.
- TraVonte Citizen has blown away players and coaches with his size upon arrival. I would put Parrish and Knighton as the top two backs headed into camp, but Citizen has a chance to rise quickly.
@TheOriginalCane Thoughts on Kinsler Since you and that guy were going back-and-forth about who was or was not being recruited and now Dmoney is weighing inThe board needs more fresh content, so I’ll be emptying the notebook every week or so with the latest on the team and the class. Actually you’re right, I reread the post. I took his comment of “I think Ohio state with Aguero” as him saying he thinks Malik goes to OSU with Aguero. Which would be totally random.Technically, he said he couldn't read Malik, but that doesn't mean others can't read him better. I think we're good on him.
It could be Samson.I thought you said Sanker or Samson?
Cline, Kinsler and Tinalau are three mid-three stars that will take at least two years to develop...and if Sanker is out of the fold, no mention of Alinen...we need two of Francis, Sampson and Freeling imo. Or we're portal diving for 2+ OL in the winter...But, we need higher rated guys on the OL as we we have too many projects on the roster and currently committed to the class of ‘22. Cline and Kinsler would add to that total.
With that said, I trust Mario and Mirabal.
Why are they projects, because you said so?But, we need higher rated guys on the OL as we we have too many projects on the roster and currently committed to the class of ‘22. Cline and Kinsler would add to that total.

Ya, my thoughts exactly. That wasn’t what I expected based on everything else we’ve been reading this weekend....Is it me or this wasn't as positive as I thought it would be.
Nah f^ck this we're getting everybody. In Leeds, SWFLHurricane for the Bryant/Kirkland duo, 1murhurricane, Cribby, etc. we trust
Sanker’s Twitter is all loserville.Wow, so Sanker is out. Cline is probably a silent until he announces which he said to TOS will happen soon. Great news but I’m surprised about Howard.
No. Because they are not highly rated. For example, Cline is rated #856 by 247. What do you want to call him? Stud recruit? Why are they projects, because you said so?
Bro they're definitely projects lol. Just look at Cline's offer sheet + how he lifts; and he's not even 300 lbs right now. His mid-three star ranking is absolutely justified. Same with Tinilau as he has barely played football, he sits outside the top 1100. The only one with appropriate size is Kinsler, and I like him better than his high 870's ranking...but he'll most likely have to get stronger. Why are they projects, because you said so?
