Beard ain’t coming back next year if he doesn’t land a Keys or Russell lol

We won't be truly playing with the big boys until we can prove we can land 5 star QBs, WRs and DBs.
People keep saying this but the most elite schools like Oregon, Georgia, Ohio State, and Bama keep signing 5 star freshman QBs along with taking elite portal QBs.2 of 3 is true. Don’t need 5 star QB HS recruits. I believe the far better value is transfers because you can see how they perform at the college level. And it is not uncommon for elite QBs to switch teams. But yes on WRs and DBs. They tend to stay at the same school until they get drafted.

We won't get any of the 3
Seems like latest is that he will per Gaby.Waiting to see if Garrett actually shows up tomorrow. It certainly feels like he won't.
What elite portal QBs did Alabama, Georgia, Oregon and OSU bring in this offseason?People keep saying this but the most elite schools like Oregon, Georgia, Ohio State, and Bama keep signing 5 star freshman QBs along with taking elite portal QBs.
Hasn’t everyone said, let the coaches coach and Mario will handle the recruiting. Seems I’ve seen that on here a lot.Yea I hate, cause Beard has been a good on field coach. But he’s left quite a bit to be desired in recruiting. I wouldn’t call him dead weight but there’s just too many misses on blue chippers.
Or it could be that KJ Osborn is our best NFL WR right now, which is why blue chip WR's are sometimes hesitant to come hereYea I hate, cause Beard has been a good on field coach. By that logic, we shouldn’t get any blue chippers at any position.Or it could be that KJ Osborn is our best NFL WR right now, which is why blue chip WR's are sometimes hesitant to come here
Big time red flags with the high school jumping around he's done. Glad to the staff is doing their own due diligence on the kid. He's talented but that kind of movement in high school almost always is a sign of an incoming bust.Seems like latest is that he will per Gaby.
But with things a bit up in the air following a decommitment from Auburn, Baton Rouge (La.) Central Top247 linebacker JaMichael Garrett is expected to work out for the Hurricanes on Wednesday evening.
Garrett, who was originally on Miami's official visit schedule last weekend, plans to camp for the Hurricanes for an opportunity to join this coming weekend's group. That could also mean a spot in Miami's top ten ranked recruiting class.
Are they starting year 1! No, Taint is a merry go round for 5* QBs!...so is Oregon, UGA and bamaPeople keep saying this but the most elite schools like Oregon, Georgia, Ohio State, and Bama keep signing 5 star freshman QBs along with taking elite portal QBs.
Position coaches have to be able to recruit too though. Having a good recruiter at HC gets you deep into these recruitments, but the position coach is important.Hasn’t everyone said, let the coaches coach and Mario will handle the recruiting. Seems I’ve seen that on here a lot.
That wasn't the point of my response. Beard has still gotten blue chippers at his time here. But when you're going up against OSU, LSU and Bama for 5- star WRs, they obviously have a better pitch. When our NFL production catches up, our recruiting will not only become stronger, but it will be easier.By that logic, we shouldn’t get any blue chippers at any position.
