The #1 reason for optimism this season

I'll have more optimism when guys like Chad Thomas take football more seriously and their rap career less seriously. I've heard that the talent is there for 10+ years. Have a solid OL won't help these bags mush. This team is soft mentally and physically and they've been patted on the back. This will be a complete reboot.

No Golden, No D'No and Xbox Coley.. Thats the REAL reason for having optimism this season and beyond.
 
In addition dmoney, I am anxious to watch our lb's and to. Some stent our safeties. We're starting to build some nice depth at these positions. I can't believe we neglected the CB position so badly. It's even going to worse next year with Corn gone.
 
Very optimistic but Kaaya has to step up.. Its really going to be on him now as to how far we go this upcoming season.
 
The fsu game the last two years has shown that we have the talent, just not the depth to be real good. ****, we've been in the game for the first half every year. add coaching and some depth, and we'll be scary again.

Yep we need kaaya to cement his names as one of the Miami great qbs. He has to win the big games this year. Has a bevy of talent around him on the field and off the field as well in the coaching staff. Should be an interesting season. Only 6 months until fall practice it's coming fast
 
Im talking about elite rbs that scare you that Miami should have. Not fifth round picks, im talking guy u have to gameplan around guys that linebackers have trouble catching guys that most secondary personal have trouble catching. I wint bring up the misses but those typenof backs.

Fsu had no qb but there guys were waày faster the film doesnt lie.

Our biggest issue is lack of depth. Most of our ones are good enough to play with anyone. It's what's behind them that's the problem. I'm confident we beat FSU this year. I see 10 wins as long as we stay healthy.

My huge red flag for Walton are his incredibly poor stats. His 3.5 yards a carry was among the worst for all RBs and his long run for the year of less than 30 yds is among the worst for all RBs with over 100 carries.

I agree... however, the line did not help him much and he had a few TDs called back due to dumb penalties... probably had 100 yards wiped off his stats and 3-4 Tds. That would have given him a 4.2 yard avg, not great but better than 3.5... Yearby's avg dropped from 5.9 in 2014 to 4.9 last year as well. He has a nose for the end zone though. 10 TDs..

The NFL has also "heard" that the talent is there for the past 10 years, so there's that.

We went from he's quick good coach, to one of the best, and now we're claiming he's the best in the nation? I think that's highly questionable, but whatever....I just find how his status continues to grow and he hasn't coached a game here or even a practice.

25/33 for 291 yds 1td and no ints. Their QB was just fine. We stayed in that game because our starters (with the exception of RB) are as good as theirs. We lost the game because Cook is real good and our *****-*** d coordinator couldn't defend his way out of a paper bag. The problem is that their #2s are as good as our 1s and dudes gotta rest eventually.

Also, al golden.

You think it's "highly questionable" that Kool is the best DL coach in the nation? What's questionable about it? He turned a **** program like Missouri into the premier pipeline for NFL defensive linemen.

His resume speaks for itself. And if that doesn't do it for you, watch the 2014 Missouri/Florida game.
 
lol kayaa one of the best quarterbacks in the country no way. Dude has been nothing but average for us.
