The players conform to the atmosphere the coaches put in place...they allow or encourage behaviors, both good and bad.

And of course...its up to the administration to make the right coaching hire...

so you can blame players...but they only carry a small percentage of the blame...the largest is on the coach and administration that oversees this mess

CMD is awful but AD Set is worse.... Blake and Carol are clueless , so is BOT thinking an HC change will automatically bring a BCS bid..... we're awful on so many levels... Nebraska is pulling players.....
