The issue stems from the top, not wanting what they wrongly defined as "bad press" and being referred to as "thug U" and making changes to yhat image has effectively ripped our balls out by the roots...let the U be the U...not a ******* snowflake program...jesus when we were the bad boys it motivated our program to be "anyone anywhere" and we backed it up.....
It starts at the top, get rid of the snowflake administration and we will be back....

So the neighborhood pip squeak gives you a black eye with a sucker punch and is now walking around with his chest all puffed out. That's all it is.
Would any of you prefer to switch recruiting classes right now with FIU? Yeah, ...didn't think so.

Next coach can fix the players atitude if he's a good coach.our players don't have a clue to what it takes to be a good football player.it all starts with the heart you either have it in you or you don't have it.the ones who don't have it need to go.

No it didn't butch changed that thug culture with the greatest team ever.coaches behind didn't keep it going because of the administration.

They beat our worst team in recent memory.

And of course...its up to the administration to make the right coaching hire...

so you can blame players...but they only carry a small percentage of the blame...the largest is on the coach and administration that oversees this mess

I agree to a point if a coach is trying to teach the players and they don't listen.and coach can't discipline players due to the people over him then players are a big part of the problem.pro coaches that don't have that name have same problem with the owners concerning the players.
