They hate bad prHonest question.. From what you've heard do u think they actually care about what's being said? Or does it just make them shut eyes harder and pretend everyone else is just wrong?
Make Herbie the AD.
You’re an idiot. Are you on the BOT?Why am I not shocked that our dumbass fanbase would buy poorly researched, poorly reasoned trash? Kirk Herbstreit played to the crowd, because it's easy and the narratives write themselves.
Despite him sitting next to Desmond Howard every week, a man that lives in South Florida(I used to see Des every week at the Wellness Center, he lived in Pinecrest back when I was in law school), he had the nerve to note that Miami plays off campus, as if that is an indictment of the University. Never mind the fact that in order for Miami to build a stadium anywhere near campus, they would have to spend hundreds of millions, if not BILLIONS. Yep, make that make sense, why Miami would spend that kind of money when they don't have to. What's funny is that Miami has played off campus for practically the entire history of the program, no one gave a **** when the program was winning.
The fact that our fans truly believe that a competent University President gives a **** about the football program is a joke, and further shows that our fanbase has never been on a typical college campus. Yes, at places like Alabama and Ohio State, that may be the case, but at a private institution, or a school worth a ****, that isn't the case. The athletic department is managed by the administrator in charge(AD) and overseen by the boosters/donors and the members of the governing board that have a passion for the department.
Then again, it's a lot easier to blame Frenk, than it is to point the finger at people like Lemonis and the rest of the BOT. They are the problem, alongside Blake James.
Ohio state is a very good university that is academically ranked higher than Miami. Not to mention Duke, North Carolina, Wake, Stanford and many others who are fine institutions "worth a ****" but their presidents still care about athletics. Why am I not shocked that our dumbass fanbase would buy poorly researched, poorly reasoned trash? ESPN just destroyed the university of Miami Administration and Athletic Director. Holy ****. They are doing gods work!
What an embarrassment.
Time to boycott and get the planes in the air. While we have the momentumESPN just destroyed the university of Miami Administration and Athletic Director. Holy ****. They are doing gods work!

Wake doesn't give a **** like you think, they happened to hire an AD worth a ****. That's the model that most well managed institutions run with. Ohio State has a huge and dedicated fanbase and donor pool. They run the athletic department, the University President is there to do other things. Our fanbase mistakenly believes that the University President is putting serious thought into the athletic department, when that isn't the case **** near anywhere. Athletic Departments are usually separate from the University, managed by the people that are funding them, the administrator in charge, and overseen by the people on the governing board that give a ****(There are always 3-4 members that are sports oriented)Ohio state is a very good university that is academically ranked higher than Miami. How did you get banned?Make Herbie the AD.
GoodI’m convinced Herbie has a burner account on here![]()
Marlins park was built with taxpayers money. Why couldn't the OB have been renovated with the same? Which would have been far less by the way.
I know David and if he’s tweeting that then that is very telling. He use to work for the Athletic Department. Literally just left a month or two ago.Brevin Jordan retweeted View attachment 155846

Exactly. They are preparing the ground. Something I've learned from my career is that wealthy people, when they want to make moves, usually do it in a way to where it looks like they had no other choice. They also make it appear as if they had nothing to do with the decision being made. The BOT fed Herbie this stuff, in fact, they even fed him things that they know aren't true, to remove their responsibility in this situation. They know full well that they dropped the ball, but now, when the move happens, they look like heroes instead of the lazy douchebags that they are.I would not be surprised at all to find out later on that a well heeled member of the Board called someone he knew at Disney and pulled in that Editorial by Herbie. Kirk’s take was basically distilled from this BJ’s report, most of which was pulled from this website and the WEZ.
College football ratings are better when four teams are firing on all cylinders at the same time: the Canes, Free Shoes, the Gator, and USC (w). Once all of these institutions are back in order at the same time, especially USC and Miami, College Football will be competitive again.
Good College Football is Good for ESPN’s bottom line, which is why they want Miami and USC back.
I know Dave too. He may have worked for the University, but he has always been a fan FIRST. It's also not an accident that a lot of the people left in the office aren't fans, and are glorified interns.I know David and if he’s tweeting that then that is very telling. He use to work for the Athletic Department. Literally just left a month or two ago.
