TH3

These kids are lucky they can even make plays. Our DL dont do squat. That's the real problem

Tracy been had problems w/ Golden. Duke and Phillip always had to calm him down on the sidelines from the play calling. He has regressed tremendously from his Soph year when he led the team w/ 4 picks.

Duke and PD didn't play on Al's defense so they could afford to calm him down.

I read somewhere that Golden is great at coaching up the Rudys of College Football to exceed expectations but he is like kryptonite when dealing with the already talented(Miami)...sucks but Tracy Howard shouldve went to UF....his lack of speed wouldnt have been questioned when he wouldve gotten drafted in the first or second round after last season.

It is more than that. Golden is a Rudy and seems to hate kids with talent. He certainly is clueless of how to use them. His whole defense is designed for a team that does not have the talent to play another style. Geared to cover up for lack of speed and ability to play aggressive with mass and complexity waiting for mistakes. So instead of using our talent base of smaller faster quicker aggressive players Al sends them to fattening farm to slow them down to fit his defense. On Al's list of qualities weigh is tops followed by willingness to follow orders exactly and an absence of independent thinking. Speed, freelancing and making big plays by taking some risks are negatives that must be beaten out of players. He had not talent and hates those who do. Ed Reed would have never seen the field under Al.

i have not heard or seen one current or former golden player come to his defense. not one. ni uno. nicht eine.

Still waiting for the uprising. These kids have a chance to make something of themselves.

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."

Elder and Burns play in the same defense.

Elder is playing great.

didn't elder get badly burned on that game clinching reception against cincy? but didn't hear anybody say anything. to blame any player under this staff is down right ridiculous. we're dealing with possibly the worst assembly of college coaches to ever exist in power 5 conf college football.

It's going to get to the point where the team quits altogether. May go on strike or something and refuse to practice. It could be a UM Armageddon

Lol refuse to practice? They don't even practice anyways. Maybe they'll refuse ice cream and Al won't know what to do then.

Tracy is a very good cover corner his only weakness is chasing speedy receivers deep and having to waste his talents in this bs scheme.

Or playing the ball while it's in the air. (as witnessed in every game thus far this season)

there are times hes gotten beat bc the ball just was thrown really good. Ive seen Elder and Burns get beat a number of times bc of the same reasons. you're going to lose as a corner at times but overall he's had a not great but he's been better than average this year as far as what you can expect in this scheme.

Cant wait to watch TH3 tear it up on Sunday's. Just be ready to hear Gruden on MNF with this quote "Tracy Howard, the youngster outta Miami. Coaches are very high on him, didn't have a spectacular college career at the U but his future looks bright with the interception in prime time. (Insert team name) got a steal with this kid"

lol

My point exactly, Tracy will be playing on Sunday's.

I don't get why people are so hard on Tracy.

Because people are stupid. They've been shytting on our blue chip guys for years. They've been unable to make the connection between our players constantly underachieving and our coaches being the worst in the country.

TH3 had one shot at getting to the NFL and that was to play on a college roster that allowed him to showcase his bump and run skills. He got into dorito's dog house early in his career and it cost him. TH3 will likely NOT show well at the combine and/or pro day. He lacks the requisite 40 time to be considered an NFL corner and is not big enough for safety. I feel bad for the kid.

And to think that it was donna shalala who actually landed TH3 when she met with his mom (who wanted Tracy to go to uf until she met with donna). Wow did that kid get ****ed over by every adult in his life. lol

Tracy didn't get burned in the Cincinnati game. The QB threw a perfect pass. It happens. Sometimes you can have great coverage and still have a pass completed on you.

Was that Howard or Elder who got torched on Cincy's last or next to last possession for a long completion down the sideline?

Elder and Burns play in the same defense.

Elder is playing great.

Elder gave up a TD vs Neb and Cincy, also got beat deep.

I'm sensing a pattern with our CBs but can't put my finger on it.

Elder is perfect according to the clowns on here. You better check those games again because there's no way he or Artie have given up any plays. It's all Tracy.

Glad to hear that at least one player has not gone full drone. Gluten would love to remove his scholly after reading this, but can't since his incompetent *** has either offended away or not recruited any corners to play for him.

I realize it HS stats but I bet half those HS teams could beat Miami giving the coaching.

All of our DBs suck at B&R...#1 rule in B&R, don't give the WR an inside release, especially when your best located Safety is on the other side of the field...or down in the box as was the case with Elder gettin' burned.

Like I've said, I think these kids understand what the coverages take away, but they don't understand what they're giving up.
