to your point, outside of a bad matchup with deon in the slot i think we covered ok, at least in man. my biggest disappointment was with the DB's getting off of blocks. FSU WR's were much more physical for the majority of the game.

yes we've done that plenty. you don't watch the games. now we've done it less this season but we still don't create a pass rush which kills all of our cbs. so that's another was scheme hurts his play too. not too mention even in bump and run are cbs don't seem to know how to bump. there is literally no attempt to engage the wr at the line. and if that has gone by for 5 seasons with all of our guys failing to do this, how is that not coaching? how do you not believe this is an issue of bad practice habbits and not teaching our guys all the fundamentals. it's like our coaches are always trying to cut corners.

There's no defense in existence that has your CB line-up 15 yards off the ball. Just stop.

Did you watch the game? Dalvin Cook singlehandidly won them that game. Rudolph/Wilson/Lane were a non-factor. There contributions were meaningless in that win. Unless you are giving kudos for downfield blocking for Cooks TD runs. If so, then I guess you would be right. (shrugs)
