He’s been way late, short, and often way over thrown. It’s been tight windows but he’s been way off the mark.

When they do pass, Sark keeps calling these long developing routes. It's a bad scheme.

Sark needs to call quick hitting passes with rub routes and crossers. Simplify the reads and get whatever speed they have outside in space
