The thing that’s crazy is the defense pretty much has to guess right to stop a team from a yard out four times . They have to play down hill so you know where they’re guessing lol. Any kind of pa early would’ve been a td. Conservative coaching will always bite you

They thought they were the stronger, tougher team. Honestly, how do you not get one yard with the big dude in the backfield. Exactly why they are losing the game. They think they are just better instead of playing better.

Over rated teams often are. They wouldn't be after the game, though.

Like you said, a simple PA RPO with a TE running an Out route to the back of the Ed zone after an engage block would’ve been an easy TD.

Or throw a quick slant; or a rub route fade to the pylon, or even if you feel you must run the ball, run a misdirection with the Left Guard pulling, or run a QB option out of the gun... Literally dozens of play calls could’ve got a score in that situation.

But running the exact same play 3 times in a row is just plain stupid smh

Everything was in the A gaps where the D was selling out. I don’t care how good your Ol is if the d is sending everyone up the gap you’re running. Unreal lol

Game is approaching 3.5 hours with 6 mins still left to play. Isn't it great all the TV timeouts make up for the new clock rules?

I don't care if a game last 4 hours. I love CFB and this is a good game. Just wish the time was on the field and not TV timeouts
